Sharon Lim
Sharon has worked in the international business arena for the last 15 years, where she focused on marketing and business development in Asia for companies such as General Electric and NatureWorks LLC, a biotech company. She also has experience working in the US House of Representatives and as a diplomat stationed in Australia, Thailand and Malaysia. Her experience working with corporations, governments and non-profits gives Sharon a unique perspective that helps clients in creating multi-level approaches to developing business strategy and successful on-the-ground tactics.

Norwell Coquillard
Nor has 25 years of experience establishing new businesses and opportunities in north Asia — especially in Japan, Korea and China — for Cargill, Incorporated.  Under Nor’s leadership, Cargill was internationally recognized as the best example of a U.S. Corporate Citizen overseas by winning the U.S. Secretary of State’s Award for Corporate Excellence in 2008. Nor served two terms as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, the second largest U.S. Chamber outside the United States, with responsibility for leading and representing U.S. companies on China/U.S. bilateral issues. He is also Chairman and President of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) China, an organization that works to develop China’s next generation of business leaders.

Brendan Harrington
Brendan is well recognized as a leader in the international trade community. He has over 30 years of experience in international government relations and the US Congress. He has a highly successful track record in managing government relations for international trade, tax, and business development. Brendan’s vast experience spans both public and private sectors, from helping multinationals such as Kodak on international tax, trade and business issues to drafting legislation for Congressional representatives.  Brendan has also worked as an attorney representing corporate and private clients before Congress.

Venugopal Ramalingam
Venu has over 36 years of experience serving in both the public and private sectors in Southeast Asia- the ASEAN region, where he worked with the Government of Malaysia and multinationals. Venu has led governments and corporations in policy formulation, regulatory oversight and macro planning for the development of various industries focused on the agricultural and food sectors in Asia.  He also participated in various international initiatives including WTO negotiations as well as bilateral and regional economic cooperation initiatives including counter-trade negotiations.
